When will I find out if I have been successful in the Grand Final ballot?
Tickets will be allocated to Members on the weekend (September 23 or September 24) following our Preliminary Final game against Geelong. Successful Members will be automatically charged via Ticketek to the card used to register for Grand Final tickets.
Successful Members will receive an email by Monday 25 September confirming their ticket for the Grand Final, or they can check the successful members list on the Ticketek website to see if they were successful.
Will I be able to choose my seats for the Grand Final?
Tickets for the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final are allocated automatically by Ticketek. Members are unable to change the ticket type that they have been issued.
Priority 1 Members (Gold, Legends and Captains Club), were provided a guaranteed Grand Final ticket.
Priority 2 Members (Silver Reserved Seat Members, Essential Crows Members, AFL Silver Members, Victorian Members, Interstate Members, Home General Admission Members and Bronze Members) were issued tickets if they were successful in the Grand Final ballot.
When can I collect my tickets?
If you are successful in receiving a ticket for the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final, you will be able to collect your tickets from Ticketek from 9am on Tuesday 26 September.

Tickets can only be collected by the credit card holder who registered through Ticketek.
Will there be any buses heading to Melbourne?
The Crows Supporter Group will be putting on limited buses across to Melbourne for the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final. All enquires can to be directed to Robert Smith (Vice President of the Crows Supporter Group) on 0406 472 997.
If I didn’t register for the Grand Final, can I still buy a ticket?
If you did not register for Grand Final tickets on Wednesday 13 September during the Member Registration period, you will not be able to purchase tickets for the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final

Am I able to upgrade my ticket on the day?
No upgrades will be available on the day, so the person using the ticket must reflect the ticket type (e.g. Concession ticket can only be used by a Concession or Junior)
What if I am no longer able to go the Grand Final?
In the event a Member is successful in the ballot and they are then unable to attend the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final, they may return the tickets that they have been allocated in accordance with how they registered, either by phone or online.
Members must ‘return’ their tickets for a refund from 12pm – 9pm (EST), Monday September 25 via the same method as they registered for the ballot, as follows;
If you registered over the phone, you will need to call Ticketek on 1300 796 939 if you wish to return your ticket, or if you registered online, you will need to follow the link in the confirmation email that will be sent from Ticketek by Monday 25 September and follow the prompts.
Please note that this service is only for Members who are unable to attend the game. Members are unable to change the ticket type that they have been issued.
