The Swans thumped the Melbourne Demons by 38 points last weekend at the Melbourne Cricket Ground while the Cats thumped the Collingwood Magpies by 41 points at the same venue. The Dockers downed the Essendon Bombers by 28 points at Domain Stadium last weekend while the Bulldogs squeaked past St Kilda by seven points at Etihad Stadium. The Dockers improved to 7-0 on the season with a 13-point win over the Bulldogs in this close encounter.
